As I sit in my apartment watching a slew of sitcoms in syndication, I can’t help but become bitter.  I’m not bitter of the success of the shows, the great quotes they have produced or their impact on pop culture.  No, I’m bitter about the ridiculously attractive and fit women that these obese sitcom husbands have at their side.  Where are these giant men meeting these women that can put up with their horrible bodies?  Time and time again you see a skinny wife with a fat husband, making a human sized, true to life number 10 on the screen.

The writer's strike is over and shows are staffing up again. Some people are saying that the writers sold out and should have held off for better terms, while most people are just glad that the strike is over.
