Typical assistant duties; answering phones, rolling calls, coordinating meetings, reading scripts, writing coverage, office management duties.
Looking for someone with some experience at a management, agency, or production company. MUST BE sharp, confident, personable, eager, personable, dependable, motivated, patient, industry savvy, detailed oriented, and have knowledge of Television prime-time shows. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, required. Final Draft knowledge extremely helpful.
It's a three person team including the assistant so you’ll be involved on many levels including development and client management. Must be willing to get things done no matter how small the task. Hours 9-7pm, Paid Vacation. Great opportunity!
