Anonymous Content is seeking an assistant to work for two busy managers (talent & literary).  Ideal candidates are outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and adept at multi-tasking.  You must have a college degree and a minimum of one-year of desk experience at an agency or management company.  You should be interested in management and have the desire to do a lot of reading. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, heavy phone duties, maintaining submission logs, interaction with clients, managers and producers.
