Looking for a highly self motivated person interested in hospitality to assist a young taste maker/restaurateur in the development and launch of two new venues, a restaurant as well as a lounge/bar. This is a new concept that caters to a high end clientele. The person you will be working for has a reputable name in this industry and impeccable taste and high expectations. Daily duties can range from basic administrative work such as scheduling to competitive market research and serving as the liaison between the investors and launch team.
This person must be savvy in:
-email/outlook
-the hospitality industry
-internet research
As well as... articulate, polished, quick on their feet, knowledgeable of the key players in various industries, design concious and pretty much know/can figure out anything and every necessary within a short notice.
This job will open doors to amazing opportunities considering the calibre of the people you will be dealing with and is perfect for anyone who aspires to be a taste maker and open their own place eventually.
The job is unpaid for the trial period which can be up to 3 months (could be less depending on the person and time line of the launch) - minimal expenses covered. If its a good fit you will be well compensated as well as all expenses covered for travel to various film festivals and countries which may host pop-up venues of the brand.
Previous experience in marketing, hospitality, or event production preferred.
