Personal Assistant/Right Hand person to Owner of NON-Entertainment Co. w/ homes in DC, LA and NYC
An extremely busy client with a very successful company seeks a dynamic, smart, thorough, pro-active and exceptionally detailed PA.
He/She will be responsible for the scheduling and structuring of the employer's private, social and business calendars, arranging all public appearances, securing travel arrangements and daily itineraries as well as
correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the employer, takes care of bills, insurance and other personal affairs.
He/She also may be in charge of the household staff, supervising their day-to-day activities, liaising with contractors and negotiating with them to arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be done in the home.
The client ideally seeks someone who is flexible and will be open to wearing many hats - and filling in when needed  in a variety of areas.
Additionally this client seeks someone who is able to handle hectic wok schedules and have high endurance.  ( Hours- 8am- 4pm) M-F.  50K DOE + Health Insurance.  Home is based in Santa Monica.  * MUST BE ABLE TO TRIAL OR BE OPEN TO WORKING TEMP TO PERM!


Full time Assistant for Executive in Philanthropy and Film, $18-20 an hour, till January
EXTREMELY exciting opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant, right hand person to a dynamic executive who is working both in non-profit
as well as film.
At this time this person seeks someone who can work FULL TIME TILL January, with opportunity most likely continuing on from there.
This person is in the midst of working with a very large client who is publishing a book on their experience this past year and will 
be launched at events with Donna Karan Sting etc as well as be on programs such as TODAY and Oprah.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:  ensuring that executive is on point with all to do lists, making sure that conference calls happen as well
as set them up, calling and following up with a very high level database regarding book, and will also assist with events etc.
Ideal person will have a passion for philanthropy, will have GOOD experience as an assistant and will be someone who genuinely knows how to think 
10 steps ahead of their boss.

This will be a 1099 position 

Her main client also has a ton of other projects so there is a lot of opportunity to continue on these projects as well as work with this person's spouse who is a film maker.
